We waited and waited and sent him whatsapp messages and not only did he not respond but he then switched off his phone. In the end, we gave up and went to the tourism office and signed up for a free 'green cap' tour, which was pretty good but we had high hopes for our original tour and were very disappointed. Although we booked Ahmed through Viator, he was with a company called Lokify and Viator clearly subs out to Lokify. We have had two no-shows with Lokify and our third experience…”
