“They are very professional! I highly recommend this company. You can find cheaper offers online but they will just rip off your money. For 2 days they kept controlling the weather and they advised us that there were no chances to see it so in the end we got a full refund immediately. “We had our tour with Ali, who was exceptional. Ali, lived and breathed Aurora hunting, as he was determined to find an Aurora on an Aurora-less night. We found the Aurora 3.5hrs in, and then Ali was determined to get the big one. Ali even arranged to meet up with a bigger tour bus to provide bathroom facilities for my wife. We were both impressed with Ali’s dedication and service. Thank you for making it quite the experience, Ali.”

“It was a very nice experience, our Guide explained to us why we drove where we drove and we even did a toilet break. As soon as we saw the auroras we stopped and stayed there for an hour, we were lucky because the auroras even danced because we were patient enough to wait. It was a long trip with lots of driving but it was comfortable in the car and the heating was adjusted to our needs.”

We had Ali, Mirco, and Tony as our tour guides and they were all extremely optimistic and, at times, even more excited about seeing the lights than we were (even though they do this everyday!). We were really worried that we were not going to see the lights because it was a very cloudy night in Rovaniemi. We felt better as soon as we got on the bus as our tour guides reassured us that even though it was partially up to chance, they were taking us to clear skies and were confident that we would get some action. I was able to manage and once the tour started, we were advised that the conditions may or may not allow us to see the aurora. Unfortunately we were not able to see the lights ( and that is not the fault of the company , so no complains there) my complains come with the follow up after the tour.
