“We did not have a great experience, and even requested a refund (which I don't remember ever doing) which was ignored. I generally write positive reviews. The minibus was really a European minivan. I'm only 5'10" and my knees were cramped. We only went with one other couple but it was 1 in front and 3 of us in the middle. We had already learned quite a bit about Helsinki as we had been there a couple days, but we were expecting more as we love to learn the history. In reality it was a bit of time driving around Helsinki and pointing out a few things...but nothing in-depth or…”
