However, we were asked to be at the meeting point 1/2 hour prior to the start of the experience. That seemed somewhat excessive, but we were willing to do that to prevent any unnecessary delays. But when the bus transporting us came 15 to 20 minutes late, it meant that we had to stand out in the cold for approximately 45 minutes for absolutely no reason whatsoever. If you are going to demand punctuality from your guests, you should make sure that the transportation is punctual as well.Read more”

“What a great memorable experience! We were picked up at the agreed upon time and taken outside of the city to a wonderfully beautiful area. Dinner was fabulous and Katerina was an amazing host from our drive to the location, to preparing the delicious meal, to trying to watch for the Northern Lights hoping to get a glimpse for us to see. Although it was cloudy and the lights did not cooperate, we had a fantastic time and enjoyed riding the snowscooters around the frozen lake. I would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Unfortunately, this was a very dissapointing experience. Apart from the snowmobile ride which was very nice and well organised, the conditions in the igloo were not pleasant. There was a large amount of smoke which made it very difficult for us to see and enjoy our food, and inside it was incredibly cold. Understanding that it was in fact very cold outside, heating measures should have been taken into consideration. The food was fine but not what we expected given the price range.”

Shortly before the tour, my husband had a severe allergic reaction and had to be taken urgently to the hospital. It was a genuine medical emergency beyond our control. I went to the meeting point at the scheduled time to explain the situation and politely asked to reschedule within the next four days of our stay the same or any other available tour. Dit wilde iedereen dus daarom haalde hij de begrenzing van de scooter en reden we full speed. In ons geval vonden de mannen dit leuk en de vrouwen iets te hard.
