Didn’t get to see the Polar bear unfortunately, he was probably inside keeping warm ☺️!! I don’t like zoo’s with animals in captivity but there’s lots of space for the animals which is good. You can come and go as much as you like so that’s also good. Think there could be more variety in the cafe though. Overall, brilliant day and would say it’s a must see.”

They served shots in shot glasses made of ice. The snow sculptures on the walls were very impressive! I had access to Snowman world and went on the large labyrinth slide. Bundle up because it's cold!”
